Privacy notice (Turkish DPA — KVKK)

This notice is prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for personal data collected through the forms on vrfkontrol.com. The Turkish version is authoritative.

Data controller

PN Controls Teknoloji A.Ş., Dijitalpark Teknokent B-1 Blok No: 4B/16, Çekmeköy / İstanbul. All form requests are forwarded to Klimanist Grup (Mimarsinan Cd., Selim Dede Cd. No:52/7, 34787 Çekmeköy / İstanbul) as the customer's point of contact; PN Controls is informed for technical assessment. For those requests Klimanist Grup is also a data controller for its own activities.

Data processed

  • Identity and contact: name, company, phone, email, city/district.
  • Request details: request type, building and system details, fault code, message and calculator summaries.
  • Security: the result of the anti-abuse verification used on form submission.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to assess your request, contact you, prepare surveys and quotations, and plan maintenance and service. Legal bases: being directly related to the establishment of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and the controller's legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights (art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

  • Klimanist Grup (responding to the request) and PN Controls (technical assessment and information).
  • Service providers: the infrastructure used for email delivery and form security verification. Their servers may be abroad; cross-border transfers comply with KVKK art. 9.

Retention

Request records are retained for the limitation periods in applicable law after the request is concluded, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Technical data required for the security verification may be processed on form submission.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights by writing to [email protected]. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
