VRF and AC maintenance

Klimanist plans and performs the periodic maintenance of your VRF and AC systems. On systems connected to FiotX, fault codes and performance drift set the maintenance priority.

What's included

The checklist

Scope is finalised in the maintenance contract per system type, brand and usage intensity. A typical VRF visit covers:

Indoor unit

  • Filter cleaning or replacement
  • Coil (evaporator) cleaning
  • Drain pan, line and pump
  • Fan, motor and vibration

Outdoor unit

  • Condenser coil cleaning
  • Fans and airflow obstructions
  • Electrical connections and torque
  • Mounting, anti-vibration pads, corrosion

System

  • Pressure and temperature readings
  • Fault code history
  • Controller and communication bus
  • Leak check and record (systems in scope)
How often?

Maintenance frequency

  • General maintenance: typically twice a year, before the cooling and heating seasons.
  • Filters: more often depending on dust and runtime; stores and restaurants may need monthly checks.
  • Leak checks: for systems holding 5 t CO₂e or more of refrigerant, at the intervals the regulation sets, with records kept.

From detection to evidenced closure

If the system is connected to FiotX, maintenance follows the system's behaviour as well as the calendar; the job runs on the mobile app in the field and closes with evidence.

01DetectionA calendar due date, a fault code or performance drift opens the maintenance need.
02Work orderThe job lands with the maintenance team together with the equipment, finding and recommended check.
03AppointmentThe date is planned with the business; for chains, a maintenance calendar is spread across branches.
04Mobile app on siteThe technician works through the checklist step by step; photos and measured values attach to the job.
05Evidenced closureThe job isn't "done" until mandatory items and at least one photo are complete.
06Data verificationPost-intervention data is compared under similar conditions; your remaining entitlement is updated.

Let's set up your maintenance plan.

System type, brand, unit count and last maintenance date are enough. If there's a fault, include the fault code.
